Tibetan government in-exile postpones 13th Religious Conference in Dharamshala

Dharamshala (Himachal Pradesh): The Department of Religion and Culture of Tibetan government in-exile has postponed the 13th Religious Conference of the Schools of Tibetan Buddhism and Bon Tradition, scheduled for November 29th. The move came after the 7th supreme head of the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism Kathok Getse Rinpoche passed away on November 19. 

On the issue, Tibetan spiritual leader the 14th Dalai Lama said, “Yes one very important the Nyingma Lama passed away so we feel inappropriate to hold the meeting.”
