New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national spokesperson Sambit Patra slammed Shashi Tharoor on his comment that "no good Hindu" would want a Ram temple at the dispute site of the demolished Babri Masjid in Ayodhya and said that he is the same person who used the word "Hindu Taliban and Hindu Pakistan", this has exposed Congress' anti-Hindu face.

Patra has also demanded an apology from Rahul Gandhi on Tharoor's comment. Sambit Patra said,

"Congress's anti-Hindu face is exposed. Tharoor is the same person who has used the word Hindu Taliban, Hindu Pakistan and called Hindus terrorist. And now Tharoor is saying that those Hindu who are in favour of the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya is a bad Hindu? What kind of statement is this? Can any leader of Congress speak such on any other religion? " "Rahul Gandhi should come to the forefront, should apologise, and in fact should say as to how dare Shashi Tharoor use such kind of analogy for the ones who worship Lord Ram," added Patra.
