New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers led by the party’s Delhi president, Manoj Tiwari held a protest against Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday. The anger was over the long standing Rafale deal which has seen several verbal attacks made between the two leading parties of the nation.
After the Supreme Court cleared the BJP of any obligations to disclose the financials of the deal, the fight has intensified. Manoj Tiwari demanded that the Congress and Rahul Gandhi apologise to the Prime Minister over their earlier allegations they made against him.
Protestors raised slogans and held out placards during the protest.
